TaxFlow Cockpit is a reporting and visibility dashboard. It is not an invoice processing, clearance or transmission platform and is not an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). Accreditation, e-invoice issuance, validation and transmission to the Federal Tax Authority remain the responsibility of the appointed ASPs and the underlying accounting software vendors.
Scope of the service
TaxFlow Cockpit, operated by CPM AI, provides consolidated reporting, monitoring and visibility over tax, VAT and e-invoicing activity that is created, processed and transmitted by third-party systems. It does not generate, sign, clear, validate or transmit e-invoices, credit notes or tax returns, and it does not act as an access point on the Peppol network.
No accreditation claim
CPM AI is not an Accredited Service Provider under the UAE e-invoicing framework and makes no representation of accreditation, whether by the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax Authority or any other authority. Accreditation, and the compliance obligations attached to it, remain with the Accredited Service Providers and accounting software vendors selected by the customer.
Customer responsibility
Legal compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 16/2024 and related Ministerial Decisions, including appointing an Accredited Service Provider, remains with the taxable person. Information shown in the dashboard depends on data supplied by connected systems and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

Third-party names
